Overview
Built under contract for a US-based real estate company, Closr is a CRM for agents who represent buyers and sellers at the same time. On the buyer side, each client's budget, beds, baths, neighbourhoods and must-haves become a search against synced market listings, and the picks land on a board the agent drags from first look to showing. On the seller side, every enquiry on a listing is logged, followed up and converted into a client in one step. Both sides meet in a single matches pipeline that runs from showing to closing.

- Drag-and-drop board tracking each client's matches from potential through follow-up, pending and shown
- Prospect log for listing enquiries, with one-step conversion into a buyer or renter and reverse matching from a listing to existing clients
