This policy explains what personal information Tevsoft collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to https://tevsoft.com and to enquiries you send us through it.

We collect information you give us directly. When you submit the contact form, that means your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your company, phone number, and the details of your enquiry.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment details through this website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site. Contact form submissions are delivered by email through Resend. Hosting and content delivery may involve processing your IP address and browser information as part of ordinary server operation.
These providers process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business dealings, and then for as long as we are required to by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email us at hello@tevsoft.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
